In BIT community, we are talented people with a shared way of working and commitment to quality. This allows us to put together a team that can give our clients the quality works. Our internal communication and management are standardized and based on the professional frameworks.

Our people are relied on an effective tool for initiating, planning, executing, controlling and monitoring, and closing the works both projects and core team supports. Billable Time System is our proprietary system to handle this.

BIT is a flat organization. We divide jobs into two categories: project works and core teams. With project management, our people can see everything they want to know from the project.

The core team activity is the management strategy to make our people be competent and specialized in their fields of interest.
